Approximately 50 CSEA union members from Local 860 traveled to
We met with state Senate and Assembly members and their staffers to discuss the issues affecting our jobs, our families, and our future in our local and unit.
Lobby Day is one of the most popular annual events and demonstrated, in person, that we are voters and taxpayers as well as AFSCME/CSEA members.

Senate Conference Leader John Sampson, and other leaders addressed the approximately 2,000 union members in attendance.

Since the start of organized labor, meeting and discussing issues with all levels of our elected officials has been one of the most important functions of unions.
