CSEA Local 860 has a Community Action Committee. 

    Our Mission:  The Community Action Committee of CSEA Westchester Local 860 is committed to providing services to help and improve the lives of members and residents of Westchester County by providing resources and working with agencies to help those who are going through trying times.
