Dec 9, 2010 CSEA Denounces Westchester Medical Center for Retaliation Against a Pregnant Worker and Violation of Civil Service Rules Westchester County Supreme Court Agrees. Court Requests a Show Cause of why Medical Center CEO Michael Israel and Medical Center Director of Labor Relations Alan Liebowitz should not be Held in Contempt of Court for Failing to Reinstate the CSEA Worker to her Former Position after the Court Rules She was Illegally Terminated.
